Guided PEMF Therapy

Recovery & Healing
Single Session · 90 min
$200/ session
Book PEMF Session →

What is PEMF?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy uses calibrated electromagnetic pulses to penetrate deep into tissue — reaching bone, cartilage, and cellular structures that conventional treatment cannot access. Each pulse stimulates your body's natural electrical activity, triggering a cascade of repair and regeneration processes.

Unlike surface-level treatments, PEMF works at the cellular level. It recharges depleted cells, reduces inflammation at its source, and accelerates the healing processes your body is already trying to perform.

Benefits

  • Accelerates cellular repair and tissue regeneration
  • Reduces acute and chronic inflammation
  • Improves circulation and oxygen delivery to tissues
  • Relieves joint pain and stiffness
  • Supports faster recovery between training sessions
  • Improves sleep quality and nervous system recovery
  • Non-invasive — zero downtime, zero discomfort

What to Expect

Sessions last 90 minutes. You remain fully clothed while the PEMF device is positioned over target areas. Most clients report a mild warmth or tingling sensation. Effects are cumulative — the more consistently you use PEMF, the more durable the results.

Ideal For

Post-surgery recovery Chronic pain management Athletic recovery Arthritis & joint issues Bone healing Inflammation reduction

SRT Soft Release Stretching

Mobility & Flexibility
Single Session · 90 min
$150/ session
Book SRT Session →

What is SRT?

Soft Release Technique (SRT) is a practitioner-guided form of assisted stretching that targets the fascial system — the connective tissue web that links every structure in your body. Unlike passive stretching, SRT uses precise neuromuscular cues to release tissue at a deeper level than you can reach on your own.

By combining targeted pressure, breath work, and controlled movement, SRT breaks down fascial adhesions, restores proper muscle length-tension relationships, and creates lasting improvements in range of motion that hold up under load.

Benefits

  • Increases range of motion — results visible in first session
  • Breaks up fascial adhesions and scar tissue
  • Reduces chronic muscular tightness and tension
  • Improves posture and movement mechanics
  • Decreases injury risk by restoring tissue elasticity
  • Complements strength training — better mobility, better lifts

What to Expect

Sessions are 90 minutes. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing. Your practitioner will guide you through targeted positions while applying precise manual pressure to specific tissue. The work can be intense but should never be painful — communication throughout is encouraged.

Ideal For

Limited mobility Desk workers Strength athletes Post-injury rehab Runners & cyclists Chronic tightness

Heated & Massaging Cupping

Therapeutic
Single Session · 90 min
$80/ session
Book Cupping Session →

What is Heated Cupping?

Modern therapeutic cupping uses heated silicone or vacuum cups to create a controlled suction on the skin, drawing stagnant blood and lymph to the surface while decompressing underlying fascia and muscle. The addition of heat amplifies circulation, relaxes tissue, and allows the cups to glide smoothly in massage patterns across large muscle groups.

Unlike the static cupping you may have seen athletes display — with round marks across their shoulders — our approach combines heat, movement, and strategic placement to release tissue at depth while promoting active circulation throughout the session.

Benefits

  • Dramatically increases local blood and lymph circulation
  • Decompresses fascia and releases deep muscular adhesions
  • Reduces delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)
  • Loosens chronically tight areas resistant to massage
  • Supports detoxification via improved lymphatic drainage
  • Calms the nervous system — deep relaxation response

What to Expect

Sessions run 90 minutes. You will likely see reddening of the skin — a normal, expected sign of increased circulation. Temporary marks (not bruises) may appear and fade within a few days. Most clients experience immediate relief of tension and a feeling of lightness in treated areas.

Ideal For

Back & neck pain Recovery from hard training Chronic muscular tension Fascial restriction Stress & nervous system Lymphatic health

RPR Reflexive Performance Reset

Neurological Performance
Single Session · 90 min
$150/ session
Book RPR Session →

What is RPR?

Reflexive Performance Reset is a neurological assessment and correction protocol developed to identify and eliminate compensation patterns in the body's muscle activation system. The nervous system controls which muscles fire, in what sequence, and with how much force — and when those patterns are disrupted (by injury, stress, or poor movement habits), performance suffers and injury risk rises.

RPR targets the body's stress reflexes — the same reflexes that cause muscles to shut down or fire out of sequence under load. Through a specific sequence of wake-up drills and reflex point activation, RPR restores proper neurological patterns so your muscles do what they're supposed to do, when they're supposed to do it.

Benefits

  • Restores proper muscle activation sequences
  • Eliminates compensation patterns causing overuse injury
  • Immediately improves strength output — muscles actually fire
  • Enhances proprioception and balance
  • Reduces pain associated with inhibited muscle patterns
  • Teachable — learn your own maintenance routine

What to Expect

Sessions begin with a movement screen to identify dysfunction patterns. Your practitioner then applies the RPR protocol — a series of bodyweight movement tests and reflex point activations. Most clients notice immediate changes: muscles that were stiff feel free, movements that were restricted open up. Sessions are 90 minutes and often include a brief "homework" protocol you can run yourself.

Ideal For

Competitive athletes Recurring injuries Performance plateau Post-surgery return to sport Coaches & trainers Movement dysfunction
